H.O.P.E. (Having Our Pathways Encouraged) is a Recovery peer-group for those struggling with various experiences of depression, anxiety (also related to COVID) and addictions.
It is structured in basic faith-based principles, concepts, purpose and confidentiality.
This meeting in no way replaces professional therapy(ies) or suggests otherwise. It is an option for sharing encouragement, strength & hope.
